For over 8 years, I lived with hypothyroidism and all the challenges that came with it—low energy, constant fatigue, dizziness, hair fall, dry skin, painful and prolonged menstrual cycles, body aches, mood swings.
I tried everything from Zumba to GM diets, but nothing seemed to create lasting change.
It wasn’t until I committed to a sustainable lifestyle approach—focused on optimal nutrition, strength training, regular walks, quality sleep, and stress management—that things started to shift.
Today, those nagging symptoms have disappeared. The secret? No magic. Just consistency and a belief in the process.
In 2017, I left a 10-year corporate career in search of something more meaningful. I wanted to feel independent again—energized, joyful, and driven by purpose.
That dream became a reality when I earned my Diploma in Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching from MHB Academy. Within a month of completing my certification, I was already on the path to transforming not just my life, but the lives of others too.
Helping others get fitter, healthier, and stronger is no longer just a passion—it’s my mission.
